MASK UP!
Before joining us for our group runs, please do a safety self check at home. If you feel sick whatsoever, STAY HOME.

While we will be meeting and running outside, there are still safety measures that need to be in place and followed:
​
1) Masks must be worn prior to and after each and every run - masks are not required while running, however you are free to wear one should you be more comfortable
​
2) Limit contact with other participants. While we want to root each other on, please limit high fiving, etc.
​
3) Please attempt to give other participants their space. Before and after each run, please maintain a safe 6-10ft. distance from each other.
